Sometimes its not right or not just ...Lucky for you, we've got a super-easy hassle-free returns process!

Return your item(s) back to us within 14 days and you'll receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s).
If you're outside the UK, you have 28 days.

All you have to do is make sure the item(s) are in the same condition as you received them.
In case you're not sure, heres the requirements :

the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and make-up free
the item(s) still have the tags attached
shoes have been tried on indoors and show no sign of wear
Sorry, we're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery,
used/open/unsealed cosmetics/perfume or any underwear/swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

Now that's sorted the next steps are easy.....

To make sure we can process your return as quickly as possible,
make sure you fill out the return form online

Return the item(s) in their original packaging with the tags still intact.

Stick the label to the front of your return parcel and take it to any Post Office counter.

Don't forget to ask for a certificate of postage and keep it safe until we confirm receipt of your item
- it'll also allow you to track your return with Royal Mail.

Unfortunately, we're unable to refund postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked service too in case your parcel gets lost on the way back to us. Please return it to:

That's it! We'll take it from here. We refund item(s) within 14 days of them arriving back to us.
Don't worry though, we know you work for for your £££ so we'll process it as fast as possible.

Once we've sorted your return, you'll receive a confirmation email.
It can take up to 5 working days for the £££ to hit your account.
Your refund will be minus the original delivery charge and we're unable to refund any costs associated with you returning the item(s).
